hello my lovely people,

my name is abbey jeffrey, i'm from melbourne australia i have suffered with anorexia for 3 years and depression for 4 years, i have suffered other deliberating illness' also. My website it to cancel the stigma around mental health and educate people on mental health using my stories and those around me, so if at any time you would like to share your own story please get in contact. i will be selling hoodies and cute stickers as shown on my website, 50% of the proceeds will be donated to a mental health organisation. i can't wait for the journey ahead and whats to come. i'm so glad i get to spread this positivity with you all.
